EnFin is looking for an experienced Strategy and Project management leader who can bring in an outside-in perspective to lead the implementation of its corporate initiatives. This position plays a key role as an execution-focused leader as well as an advisor who can support senior management to achieve its long-term business objectives. A successful candidate should have at least ten years of managerial experience in financial services or banking sector, maintain a multifaceted perspective in leading completion of a variety of projects, and have a proven record of modeling expectations for each department to create a successful, organized, and efficient business process collaboratively. This highly analytical position requires a technically savvy person who is skilled with data to build operations reports and dashboard to effectively measure business health and improve performance.
This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ.
- Lead the identification and advocacy of key business requirements to support enterprise-wide data integration across internal and external platforms, resulting in improved process efficiency and scalable system architecture.
- Translate business needs into actionable workstreams, collaborate closely with EnFin stakeholders, and drive accountability within the team to ensure successful implementation.
- Operationalize mission-critical corporate initiatives, including new market entries, product launches, domestic content implementation, and both short-term and long-term safe harbor strategy.
- Implement process, procedures and employee policies to ensure daily operations run efficiently, in compliance, and remain goal orientated.
- Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or improve processes.
- Lead task force in root cause analysis of operations issues, identify turnaround opportunities, and drive recommendation through to completion.
- Lead cross functional efforts across EnFin and the larger Qcells organization to drive projects from ideation stage to implementation while maintaining visibility and buy-in from all stakeholders.
- Lead operational reviews on business performance and priority progress (e.g. monthly/quarterly business reviews).
- Drive key leadership meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Establish strong plans and KPIs at a regional and market level, and specific to each team.
- Manage a strong team, hire and retain top talent, and build team culture.- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field with a minimum of 12+ years of work experience including at least 5+ years of experience in management and leadership leading a team of professionals.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior management, board, or other outside partners.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and financial service sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading process reengineering initiatives that improved operational efficiency.
- Consistently recognized for optimizing processes to create scalable, efficient operations, resulting in improved customer experience.
- Experienced in leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Strategic thinker with an ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree in business or finance.
- Experience with advanced financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Proficient in advanced analytics software and tools, with a keen understanding of how to leverage technology for financial analysis.
