Role Reports To: Chief Operation Officer

Position Snapshot

This role leads our community engagement efforts in the areas where Zelestra develops, constructs, and operates projects. It plays a key part in building trust, fostering collaboration with state and local regulatory agencies, and ensuring our values are reflected in the communities we serve.

- Lead community engagement for Zelestra’s projects, ensuring transparency and trust.

- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and serve as a consistent point of contact.

- Communicate project updates clearly through events, materials, and media.

- Advocate for community input and collaborate with internal teams to address concerns.

- Develop partnerships that support both community and project success.

Minimium Qualifications

- 10+ years in community relations or public affairs.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Experience with energy or infrastructure projects.

- Willingness to travel and passion for renewable energy.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this position typically ranges from the minimum to the mid-point annually, based on experience and qualifications.
