The education and skills required for this position:
- Customer service skills with the ability to respectfully and professionally communicate with a wide range of people over the phone and in person.
- Proven ability to manage and reprioritize constantly changing priorities and tasks.
- A bachelor’s degree in business management or similar field of study.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience, directing a team and communicating with multiple locations, customers, etc.
- Track and report on Division KPI’s through SQDP to maintain goals and meet objectives for success.
- Identifies problems and inefficiencies within Supply & Distribution processes; present and implement enhancements and solutions to address these issues.
- Drive the business forward while embracing the highest possible standards. Assure that the organization and its mission, programs, products, and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.
- Regular and timely attendance is an expectation of the position.
- Follow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes.
- Physical Activity: Talking, hearing, repetitive motion, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, and climbing stairs.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Visual Acuity: Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading.
