Director of Project Management

Red Elephant is seeking a Director of Project Management to join our high-performance leadership team. In this role, you’ll drive the successful execution of signage projects from inception to installation—ensuring quality, efficiency, and unforgettable client experiences every step of the way.

Our team designs, manufactures, and installs:

- Large-format graphics

- Interior & exterior signage

- Leasing and monument signs

- Electric building signs

Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the project management team.

- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of signage projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.

- Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and tools for consistency and scalability.

- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to achieve successful outcomes.

- Partner closely with design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Monitor project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement continuous improvement strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and quality standards across all projects.

Requirements

- 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

- Experience in architectural signage, construction, or a related industry strongly preferred.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale projects from start to finish.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
