- Manage legal counsel resources (internal and external) and identify need for additional resources.
- Manage internal legal work requests and gather required information to provide to legal counsel.
- Create and manage corporate documentation, including creating limited liability companies, obtaining certificates of good standing, updating org charts, and making yearly renewals.
- Manage full life-cycle of contract from creating draft from template, reviewing, preparing signature packets, organizing for closings, filing.
- Maintain contract management software including administering training and resources.
- Hold team members accountable according to Company policy and role responsibility.
- Motivate and drive accountability of the legal team.
- Interfacing with executive leadership on all legal matters.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in law related roles such as senior paralegal, contract administration, closing agent or corporate counsel.
- Demonstrated experience with cross-functional teams and holding others accountable.
- Experience as the administrator of software such as Ironclad, DocuSign or others that include workflows.
- Demonstrated service-forward approach; continuously looking for ways to improve legal service by seeking feedback from internal customers.
- Experience effectively presenting complex information to audiences of all levels, including executives.
- Ability to identify discrepancies, follow procedures precisely, and ensure accuracy in documentation, data, or contract execution.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and keep projects or workflows on track.- Total Annual Compensation (Salary + Bonus) of $150,000 - $250,000 based on experience and qualifications
