Position Overview: Tide Homes is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Construction to lead our construction team in delivering high-quality luxury homes. This pivotal role requires a blend of commercial management and residential construction experience, ensuring that our projects are executed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and efficiency.

Leadership & Management: Oversee the construction team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

•

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop construction strategies that align with business goals and drive growth in the luxury market.

•

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors. Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the construction process.

•

Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee that all work meets Tide Homes' high standards and local building codes.

•

Safety Management: Uphold a strong safety culture on all job sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and practices to protect our team and clients.

Position Requirements:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

•

Proven experience (10+years) in construction management, with a strong background in both commercial and residential projects.

•

Demonstrated expertise in luxury home construction, with a keen eye for detail and high standards of quality.

•

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

•

Experience in implementing new process and procedures to drive quality and performance across a developing operational team

•

Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and timelines.

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
