HF Sinclair is seeking a Director of New Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives for our Lubricants & Specialties division. Reporting to the VP of Technology, this is a high-impact leadership role focused on identifying and commercializing innovative opportunities in adjacent markets to drive long-term, profitable growth.
