Directional Bore/Drill Operators

Compensation:

- $20-$22 / hr pay range, depending on experience

Work Details:

- Monday through Friday

- Work is throughout lower MI. Home most nights and weekends. No out of state travel.

- Avg 40 hours per week with overtime potential

Requirements:

- 2 Yrs’ experience with directional bore/drill equipment

- Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and moving of materials

- Use of hand tools such as shovels, saws, etc.

- May be required to work in trenches, manholes, or tunnels

- Respond to signals and directions by Foreman and work in coordination with them

- Responsible for running & maintaining VERMEER directional bore/drill equipment

- Assist with construction cleanup as necessary

- Must be safety conscientious and follow safety standards

- Must have valid driver's license

- Must be able to obtain a 1 yr DOT medical card - paid by WMUS

- + $.87 / hr medical allotment - + 3% match - Simple IRA - + Yr end production bonus potential - + 6 paid holidays - + Annual boot allowance - + Paid hotels while out of town - + Sick time accrual per MI ESTA

- CDL A preferable ($2/hr CDL premium rate & semi-annual CDL bonus)
