POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Product Manager is strategic leadership position responsible for the development, implementation, ongoing product enhancements and overall solution delivery of a new generation of customer-centric software. This role will lead the creation of a new Digital Hub platform that functions as a shared platform between us and our customers - enabling and facilitating a fresh new way to engage with shared data, reporting, visualizations, AI, and workflows that enhance their understanding of our operations and much more. The Digital Product Manager will set the product vision, align cross-functional teams, manage program milestones, and ensure the continuously successful delivery of solutions that meet market and customer needs. This position is critical in shaping the product development roadmap and ensuring that features and functions provide clear value to our customers and partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.")
•Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of the Digital Hub software platform, from concept through delivery and ongoing enhancement.
•Establish the technology-specific vision and develop detailed program plans, aligning teams and resources to ensure timely and coordinated delivery of milestones.
•Align product development with business objectives and market needs, ensuring that new features and enhancements deliver measurable value.
•Collaborate with and guide internal stakeholders—including development, systems and data engineering, IT infrastructure, operations, and support—to define product requirements, prioritize features, and execute development.
•Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and roadmap.
•Ensure that the Digital Hub platform delivers a comprehensive and valuable experience for all stakeholders.
•Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
•Coordinate go-to-market activities, including product launches, training, customer discussions and demos, and support documentation.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related communications, both internally and externally.
•Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful platform operation, development, and business continuity.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
•Predictable in-person attendance at corporate office in The Woodlands, Texas
•Successfully passes background check, pre-employment drug screening, an any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
•Is proficient in English language
•Valid U.S. Driver’s License

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in product management, digital platform development, or a related role.
•Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing software solutions, including end-to-end solution delivery.
•Proven ability to establish and communicate a clear product or technology vision.
•Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time.
•Experience in software development or working closely with software engineering teams.
•Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps.

Preferred:
•Master’s degree in a relevant field.
•Experience in B2B software, SaaS platforms, or data analytics products.
•Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
•Relevant certifications in product management, project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum), or software development.

•Skilled at soliciting input from diverse stakeholders, synthesizing multiple perspectives, and aligning teams around a unified product strategy and vision.
•Results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving milestones, delivering value, and driving continuous improvement.
•Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to understand, anticipate, and respond to customer needs and feedback.
•Experience creating and maintaining detailed product roadmaps that drive business objectives and deliver customer value.
•Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams.

Frequently required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach and squat/kneel. The Digital Product Manager works primarily indoors and will be sitting prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. The Digital Product Manager may be required to lift heavy objects; therefore, The Digital Product Manager must be able to lift 25lbs.

Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends in combination depending on job demands.
