We are known for our commitment to quality work, great customer service, and innovative approach to home services. We are looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Digital Media & Customer Service Associate.
This is a unique, hands-on role combining digital media production and customer interaction. The ideal candidate enjoys working with cameras, editing software, social media platforms, and also feels comfortable helping customers over the phone, email, or chat.
Recording and editing installation, service, and training videos.
Creating and posting digital content to our website and social media.
Assisting with light graphic design for marketing materials.
Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat — answering questions, taking orders, scheduling services.
Maintaining organized records of jobs, photos, and videos.
Video Recording & Editing: Capture installation and service processes, edit into professional, educational videos.
Content Posting: Upload and optimize videos/posts for website, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Basic Graphic Work: Create simple graphics or social posts (using Canva or similar tools).
Customer Service: Respond to incoming calls, messages, and emails with a professional and friendly approach.
Order Entry & Scheduling: Help customers schedule appointments, input jobs into the system, and follow up when needed.
Support Team Operations: Assist office team with light admin tasks related to jobs and marketing campaigns.
Experience with basic video production & editing (phone, DSLR, GoPro, or similar).
Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and basic online tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut or other editing software.
Interest in home improvement, HVAC, or contracting industries.
