Our Team

At our Pine Bend refinery, Digital Maintenance Technicians are recognized as subject matter experts (SMEs) regarding the specification, installation, maintenance, configuration, life-cycle management, reliability/availability, troubleshooting, upgrade, and the best practices of PLC/DCS application in current use in the plant and as recommended by the vendor and industry. Our Digital Maintenance Technicians apply their knowledge and talents while collaborating daily with Board Operators, Process Control Engineers, IT Engineers, and Project Engineers, their design teams, and project stakeholders to achieve business-focused results.

For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000- $140,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
