Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Waukesha-Pearce Industries, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related systems, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Job purpose

The employee serves as a lead worker overseeing two or more lower-level Service Technicians.

The Service Technician Master Journeyman provides technical assistance in diagnosis and repair of heavy equipment, working closely with lower level technicians. Under guidance of supervision, the Master Journeyman schedules work, monitors quality control for work performed, and customer relations.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction and mining machinery industry.
