Summary

Mechanic / Maintenance Admin Wanted – Join Our Team!

We’re looking for a Mechanic / Maintenance Administrator to help keep our fleet running smoothly and compliant. This is a key role for someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

- Manage and maintain truck files and maintenance records

- Create, assign, and track work orders

- Oversee maintenance systems such as Fleetio and Samsara

- Ensure fleet compliance with all DOT, FMCSA, and Hazmat regulations

- Track and renew permits (Hazmat, DOT, FMCSA, etc.)

- Coordinate with mechanics and assign repair tasks

- Maintain inventory of parts and monitor usage

- Support day-to-day operations of the maintenance department

Requirements:

- Experience with fleet management or maintenance systems preferred

- Familiarity with DOT, FMCSA, and Hazmat compliance

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively

- Mechanical background is a plus, but not required

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
