As the leaves turn and production rolls on, we're looking for a hands-on team member to keep our die operations running smoothly. You'll handle die setup and breakdown, perform safety checks, and keep things clean and efficient—just like a crisp autumn morning.
- Set up and break down dies for press operations
- Label and stage dies accurately for production
- Clean dies using caustic tanks and maintain safe handling practices
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hand tools
- Keep work areas tidy and safe for team and customer traffic
- Support die assembly and return processes
- Monitor supplies and wear proper PPE at all times
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep things flowing

- Knowledge of production operations and experience in a manufacturing environment, especially extrusion operations preferred.
- Ability to read and transpose numbers correctly is required.
- Previous experience with small hand tools is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, action orientated and accountable team member with good attendance.
- Displays a positive attitude and works efficiently in a team environment or independently.
The position requires the ability to team lift, load and carry items weighing up to 150 pounds.
