Drycal is an established screen-printing business providing a variety of printed materials and services to our customers. We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service and quality products available.

The Die Cutter position is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Responsibilities

•

Setting up and operating a die cutting machine to produce cut parts with precise dimensions and shapes according to customer specifications.

•

Loading material onto the machine feed.

•

Selecting and installing the correct die for the desired cut.

•

Adjusting machine settings for optimal cutting quality and speed.

•

Monitoring the cutting process and identifying any issues.

•

Performing quality checks on cut parts.

•

Cleaning and maintaining the die cutting machine.

•

Troubleshooting minor machine malfunctions.

•

Documenting production data and maintaining records.

•

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

•

High school diploma or equivalent required.

•

Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.

•

Attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects.

•

Basic math skills to interpret measurements and specifications.

•

Ability to read and understand work instructions.

•

Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with previous die cutting machine operation experience.

•

Displays strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

•

Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
