The Opportunity

We’re searching for a Sales Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and sales. This is not your typical kitchen and bath design role. Unlike traditional cabinetry—where customization can quickly become overwhelming—our systems are precision-engineered within set guidelines, making the design process streamlined and efficient. You’ll spend less time in design chaos and more time creating stunning, functional spaces clients love.

This is a role built for motivated professionals: a strong base salary plus a generous commission structure. If you can guide clients with confidence and close deals, your earning potential is uncapped.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the client experience: qualify prospects, build trust, and manage expectations through the design process.

- Create cutting-edge kitchen layouts with 2020 Design / Cyncly Design Flex, optimized for JW Metal Cabinets’ engineering capabilities.

- Translate client needs, style, and budgets into functional, forward-thinking design solutions.

- Deliver detailed drawings, photo-realistic renderings, and precise quotes that align with our premium product line.

- Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations to ensure accuracy, manufacturability, and seamless project handoff.

- Build lasting partnerships with clients and industry professionals, driving long-term sales and referrals.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of proven success in kitchen and bath design with a portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and technical excellence.

- Proficiency in 2020 Design, Cyncly Design Flex, or comparable CAD tools.

- Strong sales orientation—skilled at qualifying leads, closing projects, and aligning designs with client readiness.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn client ideas into actionable, precise designs.

- Experience with residential and commercial projects.

- Bonus: knowledge of outdoor kitchen design, metal cabinetry systems, or high-end appliance integration.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
