Embracing and living by this commitment to one-of-a-kind customer service is a key aspect of the of the Delivery Driver role. Key responsibilities include safely, efficiently, and courteously delivering heating oil to our AWESOME customers. The responsibilities of this position will be carried out with particular attention to representing Heatable’s brand, maintaining customer property, and contributing to a safe, efficient and exciting working environment.
Customer Experience:
Outside of safety, there is nothing more important to Heatable than wowing customers. Heatable's future depends on it. Delivers a wow customer experience by doing their part to ensure speedy deliveries, being friendly and kind to customers, maintaining a clean truck and uniform. 1. Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
Delivery drivers must be at least 21 years of age.
Certification and Testing:
Driver Trainees must willing and able to successfully complete Driver training and obtain a Class B Commercial Drivers License with hazardous materials endorsement.
Apprentice oil burner license is required for oil delivery drivers who prime furnaces in the state of Maine
All delivery drivers must be able to pass a D.O.T. physical.
All delivery drivers are subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
