This position is both hands-on and rigorous by nature—you’ll need to think outside the box, stay calm under pressure, and uphold the Ninja Standard of professionalism, efficiency, safety, and teamwork. We expect the candidate to be proactive with a “get it done” spirit. To be successful, you will bring solid problem-solving skills and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

- Operate propane bobtail or straight trucks safely and professionally.

- Deliver, exchange and secure propane tanks at customer locations.

- Maintain accurate invoices and delivery notes.

- Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or customer needs promptly.

- Provide professional and courteous customer service at every stop.

Must Have

- Minimum - CDL Class B with Hazmat endorsement

- Minimum 1 year of B2B delivery experience.

- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.

- Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs and work outdoors.

- Must pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening.

Nice to have

- Propane/fuel delivery experience.

- Familiarity with electronic dispatch systems.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish).

- PERC/CTEP certification.
