Position Summary
The position is based in North Las Vegas and delivers lubrication and chemical supplies to customers within our geographic region.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•Perform vehicle pre/post-trip inspection in alignment with corporate and federal regulations
•Operate all equipment within guidelines of corporate or jurisdictional requirements, including all regulations within code 49CFR
•Utilize onboard or portable devices for DOT Hours of Service and GPS reporting
•Inspect the products to be delivered for accuracy
• Every truck is loaded with the correct product and quantity before exiting the yard
•Deliver bulk and packaged product to the customer after first verifying capacity and product accuracy
•Maintain all required paperwork, including delivery tickets, bills of lading, retain transactions, and logbook if applicable
• Work cooperatively with co-workers and contribute to a pleasant and accommodating work environment through a spirit of teamwork
• Perform all reasonable work-related assignments as requested by the supervisor
Qualifications
The selected individual must at all times maintain the following in good status:
DOT Medical Certification
CDL (Class A) with Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements valid in all states
Minimum 1 years related to a commercial driving to apply experience
Must possess excellent customer service skills including telephone communication
Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and to deal with problems and situation as they arise
Physical Demands
Ability to continually lift up to 75+
Must be able to transition from driver to loader/unloader continuously
Must be able to sit for periods of time up to 2 consecutive hours of operation
Ability to continually push or pull up 2500# with proper operating equipment
Compensation details: 28-30 Hourly Wage
