Delivery Driver/Crew Member

Overview

We’re ICF Walls of the Ozarks, and we’re not your average construction crew. We build homes that are energy-efficient, storm-strong, and built to last—using our Legacy ICF system. Our jobsites are professional but laid-back, our crew works hard but have fun, and we treat each other like family.

Right now, we’re looking for someone who’s part Delivery Driver, part Construction Crew Member. You’ll start most days behind the wheel, delivering ICF blocks and materials to job sites, and fill in as an installer/crew member when deliveries aren’t needed. It’s a great fit for someone who likes variety, doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty, and wants to be part of a skilled trade with real growth potential.

Growth Opportunity:

This role has the potential to evolve into a Delivery Coordinator position—helping schedule drop-offs, organize materials, and support our site foreman and crew leads.

Responsibilities

o Help set up and stack ICF blocks to form the walls of residential homes, shops, and saferooms

o Place and tie rebar inside the forms to meet engineering specs

o Install window and door bucks, bracing systems, and other job-specific accessories

o Assist during concrete pours—including vibratory work and keeping things safe and smooth

Class E Driver’s License (preferred) - If you don’t have it yet, you must be willing to get it after receiving the job (we’ll help you through it).*
