Delivery Driver

Oneserv Specialist – Full-Time Position (Louisiana and Surrounding States)

FC Ziegler Catholic Art and Gifts is seeking a dedicated and motivated Oneserv Specialist to join our team for full-time employment. This role involves delivering to our valued customers throughout the greater Louisiana area and surrounding states, as well as supporting our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely transport products to customers on established regional routes, averaging 3 nights out per week, with most weekends off.

- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted representative of our brand in every interaction.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring each delivery reflects our commitment to service and quality.

- Support warehouse operations during lighter delivery weeks at our Catholic Art and Gifts facility.

- Handle loading, unloading, and securing of products with care.

- Manage route planning and efficient delivery execution.

- Use phones and computers confidently to manage schedules and customer communication.

- Act as a problem solver, ensuring customer satisfaction and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Prior delivery, warehouse, or forklift experience is preferred but not required.

- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs and perform tasks involving heavy pushing and pulling.

- Skills: Strong customer service focus, professional communication skills, and a flexible approach to changing schedules.

- Technology Comfort: Comfortable with basic phone and computer use.

- Language: Fluency in Spanish/English is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
