- Design and develop sophisticated disaggregation algorithms to identify individual appliance usage patterns from aggregated smart meter data

- Create machine learning models for AC anomaly detection and HVAC performance optimization

- Build predictive models for grid event analysis and meter response optimization

- Develop algorithms for enhanced load forecasting using high-resolution AMI data

AMI 2.0 Strategic Support

- Analyze baseline performance of existing meters to identify opportunities for enhanced grid sensing capabilities

- Support the enterprise cyber risk assessment through data-driven security insights

- Collaborate on AMI enhancements and distributed intelligence testing

- Contribute to ADMS integration improvements through advanced data analytics

Grid Intelligence & Insights

- Extract actionable insights from disaggregated AMI data to support regulated programs and customer engagement

- Experience with time series analysis and signal processing techniques

- Knowledge of utility operations and smart grid technologies preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

- Experience with energy disaggregation algorithms and non-intrusive load monitoring (NILM)

- Background in utility data analytics or grid modernization projects

- Familiarity with AMI systems, SCADA, and ADMS platforms

- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop)

- Understanding of cybersecurity principles in utility environments

Technical Skills
