Your future responsibilities as a Customer Relations Agent:
•Respond to dissatisfied clients by phone or email regarding the company’s products, services, or policies;
•Propose and implement corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction;
•Maintain thorough documentation and follow up on cases in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
•Support continuous improvement by contributing to the analysis of recurring complaints and participating in governance meetings.
