Under general direction of the Manager of Customer Service, receives and processes payments received from District customers, assists customers over the phone, in person, and in writing, in a courteous, personable, and professional manner, and assists in performing routine billing functions. When assigned to outer offices, responsible for expeditiously handling tasks and challenges presented by incoming customers. Utility Customer Service experience a plus!
