Benefits Package Includes
The Customer Service Representative position is a non-exempt, entry- to journey-level customer service and support class. The Customer Service Representative I is the entry-level class. For advancement to Customer Service Representative II, certain proficiency criteria must be met. Typically, proficiency is met within a 24-to-36-month period.
