Pay: $15 - $20 per hour

Location: South Boston, VA (In-Person)

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Answering calls with a smile and enthusiasm

- Scheduling service appointments and following up with customers

- Managing online inquiries and customer requests

- Coordinating with dispatchers to ensure our techs get to the right place at the right time

- Making “Happy Calls” to check in with customers after service

- Meeting sales and customer engagement goals
