At Premier Aggregates, the Customer Kiosk Attendant plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient operations at our automated truck scales. This position focuses on maintaining accurate transaction processing while delivering an exceptional level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
· Provide outstanding support to customers using the Fast-Weigh truck scale kiosks through phone, radio, SMS, or in-person interactions.
· Ensure accurate maintenance of Fast-Weigh data, including trucks, haulers, orders, and requests.
· Handle FOB (Freight on Board) requests and facilitate associated credit card authorizations with efficiency and accuracy.
· Collaborate effectively with on-site loader operators to ensure smooth operations.
· Process ad-hoc report requests for Premier Aggregates team members and customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
· Collect, organize, and analyze data to produce actionable reports.
· Manage automated reporting systems to provide customers with accurate and timely updates.
· Monitor remote sites through webcam systems to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction.
· Uphold Premier Aggregates’ commitment to delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
· Respond promptly and courteously to all customer phone calls during business hours, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
· Maintain access to a company laptop with a reliable internet connection during regular business hours to support operational demands.
· Willingness to work from multiple local locations.
