```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
```Requirements```
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
