Your future responsibilities as a Customer Contact Center Trainer:
- Prepare the training calendar for new and current agents;
- Build agents’ skills assessments based on the products and tools used;
- Deliver group or individual training sessions, in person or remotely;
- Create educational materials and adapt them to the format and number of participants (presentations, exercises, interactive tools);
- Update evaluation tools and analyze results.

To be a Customer Contact Center Trainer, you need to:
- Have experience in a similar role or in customer service
- Be bilingual (English is required to communicate with our English-speaking clientele)
