Reporting to the Site Manager, the Coiled Tubing Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of various coiled tubing operations to meet client’s needs. This position will also be responsible for leading, coaching, directing, and organizing the crew and may provide backup to Site Manager as required.
- Communicates effectively with management, field coordinators, clients and crews in the planning, coordination and execution of STEP Energy Services operations
- Coordinate activities of coiled tubing operators during equipment rig up and rig down on location
- Performs pre-job activities prior to leaving the shop or location
- Conducts pre-job and hazard assessments with all personnel on location and assigns duties to personnel regarding operations
- Completes all paperwork in a professional manner and has all required paperwork as per the clients and STEP Energy Services procedures
- Assists in the development of all coil personnel and provides guidance, leadership and discipline to all employees under the direction of the Site Manager
- Other duties as requested or required by the Site Manager

Previous experience in coiled tubing operations with relevant driving experience
