This dynamic role will be instrumental in developing and managing capital project budgets, coordinating capital planning activities, and ensuring effective cost control across key projects.

Your Background

- Bachelor's of degree in Engineering.

- SAGD site operation experience is preferred.

- 8 plus years work experience.

- Comfortable with a dynamic working environment.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

- Strong willingness to collaborate with other colleagues to approach company goal.

Your Role with Our Team

- Develop the Capital management policy and procedures.

- Organize to develop the coming year’s Capital plan.

- Track the capital project proposal development.

- Organize the capital project Corporate Internal Review and coordinate HQ review.

- Coordinate to prepare the application for capital projects.

- Closely track the capital project approval process and coordinate to address questions raised during the period.

- Collect and review the capital project monthly budget execution and project progress.
