Skyway Precision Inc., a family-based company headquartered in Plymouth, MI, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Estimator to join our growing team. As a key contributor to our manufacturing operations, you will play a vital role in evaluating production costs, preparing accurate estimates, and supporting strategic decision-making across departments.

What You’ll Do:

- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and related data to prepare cost estimates for machining and manufacturing projects.

- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

- Monitor project costs and provide variance analysis to support continuous improvement.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labor costs.

- Proven experience in cost estimating within a manufacturing or machining environment.

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
