We are seeking a Cost and Accounts Payable Coordinator to play a key role in bridging project
operations with financial accuracy. This position is responsible for project tracking in QuickBooks and
managing Accounts Payable functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of
ensuring every project is properly costed, vendor invoices are tracked, and cash flow is managed
Set up and monitor projects in QuickBooks, including job costing and profitability tracking
Record, code, and process vendor invoices with accurate project assignments
Reconcile project expenses, budgets, and billings to ensure accurate financial reporting
Prepare reports such as budget vs. actuals and job profitability analyses
Collaborate with superintendents and office staff to capture all project-related costs
Maintain vendor files and ensure timely, accurate bill payments
Provide management with financial insights to support project performance and competitive
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online Preferred), with experience in job costing and project
Solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes and workflows
Prior experience in construction or utility contracting strongly preferred
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors, field teams, and leadership
