Cortez - Site Services Supervisor

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Site Services Supervisor with our Admin Transportation department. The successful candidate is responsible for leading the safe execution of all Site Services activities including facility maintenance and contractor supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the safe execution of all Site Services activities including facility maintenance and contractor supervision

- Develop and implement construction and contractor scopes of work and KPI’s

- Audit Contractor performance based on KPI’s

- Lead Fire Systems Management, Radio Network, and HVAC Maintenance functions

- Facilitate tax and insurance audits

- Lead Fuel and Propane facilities preventative maintenance and repair

- Ensure that short-range activities remain aligned with schedule and other maintenance activities

- Implement maintenance improvement strategy

- Sustain an attitude of continuous improvement throughout the organization

- Ensure that departmental condition monitoring and reliability objectives are met

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- BS in Engineering, Construction Management or relevant experience preferred

- Six (6) years mining experience with four (2) in progressive supervisory or technical roles preferred

- Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office required – experience with SAP preferred

- Proven safe work record required

Satisfactory safety, performance, and attendance records required
