+ Corrosion Technician Level 1 (New Hire/Entry Level) – Employee should be able to demonstrate the following: Skills in Basic electricity; Basic algebra; Required Writing skills; Reading skills plus appropriate computer skills- and successfully complete all required Operator Qualifications.
+ Corrosion Technician Level 2 - Minimum 1 year as Technician 1 –Have attained NACE CP-1, and successfully completed additional CP related training such as CP Short Course, Rectifier Repair Course, Basic DC/AC Interference Course, and have demonstrated ability to responsibly perform corrosion work in the field.
+ Corrosion Technician Level 3 - Minimum 1 year as Technician-2 plus Successfully Completed NACE CP-2 certification, Coatings Inspector Level 1 CIP-1 and demonstrated the ability to perform responsible corrosion work in the field.
+ Corrosion Technician Level 4 - Minimum 2 years as Technician-3 – Also having a CP-2 certification, has achieved Coating Inspector Level 1 CIP-1, plus demonstrated 4 years responsible corrosion work in the field and has demonstrated the ability to handle intermediate level trouble shooting skills. This employee should be able to mentor and assist in the development of junior corrosion employees.
+ Corrosion Technician Level 5 - Minimum 2 years as Technician-4 plus CP-3 certification and/or Corrosion Technologist certification, Internal Corrosion Technologist plus 5 years responsible corrosion work or 4 years responsible corrosion work and 2-year Jr. College Degree in Engineering or Science or 4-year College degree in Engineering or Science- This employee is helping to mentor and develop mid-level corrosion employees.
Equivalent education may vary with management approval.
Must pass and maintain all applicable Operator Qualification requirements

The pay range is $41.00 to $58.00 per hour. This position includes a discretionary annual incentive plan. The job level and pay are commensurate with experience and skill set.
