Corporate Real Estate Project Manager – CAPEX Locations: Jefferson City, Missouri & Crystal Springs, Mississippi

We are supporting a top-tier client in the energy and manufacturing sector in their search for two Corporate Real Estate Project Managers – CAPEX to join their growing teams in Jefferson City, MO and Crystal Springs, MS.

This is a newly created role at both sites, driven by significant investment and national expansion. Each Project Manager will play a critical role in delivering high-impact, capital-intensive real estate and facilities projects at their respective manufacturing location.

Key Responsibilities:

CAPEX Project Management

•

Lead end-to-end execution of complex corporate real estate development and improvement projects.

•

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align with project scope, budget, and timelines.

•

Manage contracts, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

•

Monitor site activities, address construction challenges, and ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and quality standards.

•

Oversee cost control, invoice tracking, risk mitigation, and project closeout documentation.

•

Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

•

Apply lessons learned to improve project execution across the board.

Facilities Operations (Support Function)

•

Assist in facility operations and planning, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and system maintenance.

•

Oversee facility systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical; ensure regulatory compliance.

•

Partner with HSE teams to implement safety initiatives and sustainability practices.

•

Support the seamless transition from project delivery to operational oversight.

Requirements:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.

•

7–10 years of relevant experience in corporate real estate, construction, or facilities management—preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

•

Proven background managing large-scale CAPEX projects in real estate or infrastructure.

•

Familiarity with building systems, HSE regulations, and risk management.

•

Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously.

•

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

•

Certifications such as PMP or CFM are a plus.

•

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available.)
