Controller Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 annually Bonus/Profit Sharing: Eligible for annual performance bonus and company profit-sharing

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Controller to lead our accounting operations and support the continued financial success of our company. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Controller or similar professional who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Do

- Oversee the Accounting Department, including Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and 401K plan administration

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and timely, accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP

- Direct the monthly close process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong internal controls

- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax partners, and key financial vendors

- Analyze P&L variances, develop KPI benchmarks, and provide actionable financial insights

- Partner with leadership across the organization to improve processes and drive business performance

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or in a comparable leadership role

- Proven success managing multi-state operations and leading accounting functions

- Strong technical expertise in accounting, payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel

- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with excellent communication and organizational skills
