Your Day-to-Day:

The position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities during planned and unplanned outages at fossil power plants.

The position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities during planned and unplanned outages at fossil power plants.

•

Review work scopes, technical drawings, and schedules to ensure alignment with project requirements.

•

Coordinate and supervise contractors performing mechanical, electrical, and structural work on power plant equipment, including turbines, boilers, piping, and auxiliary systems.

•

Maintain clear and accurate records of work completed, delays, and any modifications made during the outage.

•

Mechanical coordinator must have prior Steam/ Combustion turbine, HRSG, Boiler or Valve maintenance oversight experience, familiar with BOP (Balance of Plant) equipment, P91 welding experience is a plus.

•

Electrical coordinator must have Generator, Exciter, Auxiliary equipment maintenance supervision experience, have prior Electrical Supervisor/Superintendent role, grounding, medium/low voltage, transformer hands-on experience, P&ID

•

Instrument & Control (I&C) coordinator must have instrumentation control systems calibration, testing and tuning experience, have prior field work on Distributive Control Systems (DCS) i.e.. GE Mark 5/6, Ovation; Commissioning, Startup of DCS before; familiar with P&ID, electrical and mechanical drawings

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

•

Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or trade certification preferred.

•

Relevant Experience: 6 - 15 years of experience in years of experience in maintenance, repair, or outage work at power plants. At least 5 years in a supervisory or leader role in a power plant environment. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a PLUS.

•

Other: Must be willing to work long shifts (10-12 hours per day), including nights and weekends, as required by the outage schedule

•

Travel to various plant locations for outages is required
