Opportunity Overview:

Contract Coordinator Level 3 is an onsite position based in Juno Beach, FL.

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract role. W-2) You will have daily coordination and communication with the front office, extensive engagement with external counterparties, and in-depth reviews of legal documents. You will have a critical role in ensuring the legal confirmation of transactions and mitigating risks associated with complex deals. You will report to the onsite Manager.

Your Day-to-Day:

- Daily coordination and communication with the front office to facilitate confirmation creation and amendments or unique and highly complex deals.

- Will ensure that all transactions are accurately captured in Risk systems in a timely manner, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.

- Record conducting comprehensive reviews of legal documents, including ISDAs, NAESBs, EEIs, related collateral agreements (CSA), and trade confirmations, to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks.

- Will work with origination, risk management, trading, legal, and accounting departments to assess and evaluate risks associated with potential transactions, new business initiatives, and onboarding new counterparties.

Who You Are:

- Education: bachelor's degree in a business or legal discipline.

- Must have 5+ years' experience

- Proven derivative and or legal contract experience.

- Experience with confirmations management in a trading firm, preferably in commodities.

- Experience with master agreements ISDAs, NAESBs, EEIs, and related collateral agreements (CSA).

- Have an understanding with physical trading and derivatives and the trade life cycle.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $55.00/hr. to $60.00/hr.
