Location: Local candidates only (no per diem)

Pay: $40.00 $45.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday work from home with site visits as needed

About the Role

Kastel is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor / Project Manager to lead civil construction operations on a large industrial site. This role offers a mix of remote work and on-site supervision and requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple union subcontractors effectively.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction, including heavy equipment maintenance, road and asphalt maintenance, and infrastructure work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all civil construction activities on site

Coordinate and supervise union subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within scope

Oversee heavy equipment, road, and asphalt maintenance operations

Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations

Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on progress and project goals

Work from home when not required on site

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision (project management experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and union subcontractor operations

Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills

Technical proficiency with daily reporting and project management tools

Must pass a drug test and background check

TWIC card required

Must complete Kastels online training

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $40$45/hr., based on experience

No per diem (local candidates only)
