Job Title: Construction Scheduler
Location: Remote (Supporting USACE)
Contract Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Job Description:
BizSolutions 360, Inc. (B360) is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Scheduler to provide scheduling services for the USACE, supporting CM Services. The ideal candidate will have experience in Primavera P6, USACE Resident Management System (RMS), and the UFGS 01 32 01 Project Schedules, with a strong background in critical path method (CPM) scheduling and construction phase support.
The position is remote, and the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and updating project schedules, performing time impact analysis, and providing training on scheduling software. The role will involve interaction with various project stakeholders and require a deep understanding of schedule risk management and cash flow forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
•Construction Schedule Analysis and Review: Monitor and update schedules for the top 10 most critical projects, including Preliminary, Initial, and Monthly Periodic Updates. Review project plans and specifications to ensure activities and logic are accurately detailed.
•Schedule Risk Management: Perform critical path method (CPM) analysis to identify and mitigate scheduling risks. Provide monthly risk summaries and solutions for top projects.
•Cash Flow Forecasting: Ensure accuracy of S-Curve/Schedule Variance Diagrams (SVC) for financial placement and forecasts.
•Changes, Delay, and Claim Analysis: Review contractor time impact analyses (TIA) to assess critical paths and delays, ensuring accuracy in proposed changes.
•Internal TIA Creation: Create internal time impact analyses for potential contract changes and assist with prioritizing and resolving issues.
•Construction Scheduling Training: Provide monthly remote training for District staff on Primavera P6 scheduling and technical support.
•RMS Updates: Regularly check and update RMS schedule milestones, placement curves, and status sheets to ensure accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
•Certifications: PMI-SP (Project Management Institute Scheduling Professional) or equivalent certification.
•Software Proficiency: Expertise in Primavera P6, USACE Resident Management System (RMS), Acumen Fuse, SMART-PM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Experience: Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience in construction management, with at least 3 years of experience in using Primavera P6 and USACE systems. Experience going to project sites is highly advantageous and will be rated highly.
•Training Experience: Proven ability to train staff on scheduling software, especially Primavera P6, and provide technical support.
•Knowledge of Scheduling Standards: Familiarity with UFGS 01 32 01 Project Schedules, Time Impact Analyses (TIA), and the creation of S-Curves and SVCs.
•Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct time impact analysis, risk management, and cash flow forecasting for construction projects.
•Experience with USACE Projects: Prior experience working on USACE projects and familiarity with their scheduling practices is highly preferred.
Desirable Skills:
•Experience in performing schedule risk assessments for large-scale construction projects.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise reports and provide training to diverse teams.
Other Requirements:
•Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively with teams across time zones (required hours: 13:30 - 17:30 Central European Time, Monday to Friday).
•Availability to coordinate/arrange regular meetings with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and B360's stakeholders.
•Must be able to maintain accuracy and professional quality in all deliverables and documentation.
Additional Information:
•The position does not require travel to Europe.
•The candidate will be working remotely, providing scheduling support for the USACE District.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
