Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Duties
•
Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including moving materials and equipment.
•
Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors.
•
Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
•
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
•
Collaborate with skilled tradespeople and other laborers to complete construction projects on time.
•
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
•
Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
•
Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
•
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
•
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
•
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
•
Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
