Duties

Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes.

Perform carpentry tasks including framing, caulking, and drywall installation as needed.

Fabricate custom solutions for unique installation challenges.

Hang doors with precision, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.

Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure quality standards are met.

Collaborate with team members on job sites to complete projects efficiently.

Manage heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials safely on construction sites.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.

Requirements

•

Proven experience as a carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.

•

Familiarity with remodeling practices and techniques.

•

Strong skills in caulking, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and door hanging.

•

Ability to fabricate components as required for specific installations.

•

Capability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

•

Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to various job sites.

Removing old glass and installing new glass.

•

Applying seals and weatherstrips to prevent leaks.
