Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need…
•Experience estimating and preparing bids for industrial or mechanical construction projects including site developmen.
•Experience identifying quality bidding opportunities (QBOs): researching and analyzing RFPs for hard-bid and negotiated-bid projects and determining those with the highest potential value / ROI
•An understanding of heavy civil construction principles, operations, and logistics.
•To maintain relationships with internal and external customers through a culture of accountability and respect.
•A proven track record of preparing accurate quantity takeoffs and estimates for general conditions, labor, equipment, and materials.
•Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite
•Familiarity with construction and estimating software such as HCSS (HeavyBid / HeavyJob), Bid to Win, Procore, Primavera P6, BlueBeam, PlanSwift, Pipeline, Building Connected, etc.

Compensation for this opportunity:
•$90,000 to $130,000 base salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
