We are looking for an experienced carpenter with a minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and your own tools.

Requirements:

•

Ability to self-perform carpentry work such as installing doors, hardware, and windows/frames

•

Ability to work as a team and with different personality types including employees and subcontractors

•

Ability to adhere to schedule and contract requirements throughout the project

•

Experienced in quality control, safety, and following OSHA standards

•

Experienced in reading blueprints, scopes of work, and specifications and completing work in accordance with contract and schedule requirements

•

Must have strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask

•

Must have a positive attitude and be detail oriented in an often fast-paced environment

•

Must have a working knowledge of commercial construction practices including the proper use of materials, methods, tools, and equipment

•

Must be experienced in rough and finish carpentry, as well as framing and all aspects of the construction trade from start to finish
