Confirmation Specialist – (Uncapped Commission Opportunity)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Call Center Agent to join our team. This is not your average call center role — we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and delivers exceptional customer service on every interaction. As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers looking to schedule appointments for home improvement projects, responding to inquiries, and confirming details for our In-Home Sales Consultants. You will represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
•Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls while simultaneously using multiple platforms and CRM systems with speed and accuracy.
•Schedule and confirm appointments for In-Home Sales Consultants.
•Communicate product benefits and service offerings clearly and effectively.
•Identify and escalate customer concerns to supervisors as needed.
•Accurately document all call information and follow standardized procedures in the CRM.
•Provide professional, solution-focused support via phone and email.
•Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
•Research and resolve customer complaints, using available tools and information.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and policies.
•Recognize trends in customer feedback and report insights to leadership.
•Strive for performance excellence, driven by the potential for uncapped commissions.
•Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
•High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
•1–2 years of call center or customer-facing experience.
•Proficient in CRM systems — experience with Lead Perfection is a major plus.
•Strong multitasking abilities — must be able to work across several applications during calls.
•Excellent data entry, typing, and organizational and fact checking skills.
•Proven ability to thrive in your work environment with minimal supervision.
•Exceptional communication skills — verbal, written, and listening.
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
•Self-starter with a hardworking mindset and a drive to succeed in a commission-based role.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $178,418.00 per year
