What You’ll Do
Compressor Technology
•Develop deep technical expertise across:
•Compressor theory, operation, and optimization
•Detechtion’s web-based and simulation software
•Client communication best practices
•Compressor field service work
•Provide timely, high-quality engineering and field support
•Create optimized compressor loading curves, proposals, studies, and startup packages
•Maintain accurate and current client databases, user access, and hardware records
•Manage data flow into the Enalysis® platform
•Analyze Enalysis® reports and work with Engineering Account Managers to identify opportunities for improving production, efficiency, or maintenance
Customer Engagement
•Understand client goals and support Engineering Account Managers to deliver solutions effectively
•Conduct field audits for new equipment and help train field personnel
•Build strong, lasting relationships with users of the Enalysis® platform
Internal Collaboration
•Partner closely with Support Services and Sales teams to ensure alignment and success across projects
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Petroleum preferred)
•Natural gas compression or data analytics experience (a plus)
•Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) experience is a bonus
•Familiarity with annunciators and PLCs (Murphy or Altronic preferred)
•Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
•Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•Strong communicator with a collaborative, customer-first attitude
•Ability to stay cool under pressure and resolve issues with focus
