Job Summary:

The Compliance Training Program Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Hartree's global compliance training strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring that all required training programs meet regulatory standards and are delivered effectively across the organization. The manager will work closely with program owners in Compliance, HR, and IT to develop content and modes of training delivery, coordinate training schedules, track completion, and enhance employee understanding of compliance policies and ethical standards.


Job Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the global compliance training strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and business goals
Oversee end-to-end management of mandatory and role-specific compliance training programs
Collaborate with Compliance, HR, and IT to ensure training is accurate, up to date, and effectively delivered
Manage the training content lifecycle, including updates due to policy or regulatory changes.
Track and report on training completion and compliance metrics to senior leadership and audit stakeholders
Promote a strong compliance culture through effective communication and employee engagement strategies
Identify gaps or risks in training programs and implement corrective actions where needed
Engage with external training vendors and consultants as necessary to support training needs


Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Compliance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
7-10 years of experience in learning and development or compliance management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on compliance training program management.
Experience working for a commodity trading business is a plus
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide compliance training initiatives in regulated environments
Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and understanding of compliance frameworks such as ABC, GDPR, and FCPA
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Professional certifications such as CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) are a plus
