Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our roofing crew. No prior roofing experience is needed—we provide all the training and tools you need to succeed. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the skilled trades.
Duties
•
Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including flat roofs, sloped roofs, and other types as required.
•
Perform welding tasks as needed for roof installations.
•
Restore and rehabilitate existing roofing systems to extend their lifespan.
•
Utilize power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and fastening roofing materials.
•
Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment as necessary during installation processes.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
•
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
•
Capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
•
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
•
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
•
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques as needed.
