COE-ERS Traveling Project Field Engineer - Tiger Team

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION SUMMARY

Troubleshoot, test, and inspect electrical apparatus. Perform as “lead” person on projects.  Perform other assignments as required. Position requires some technical supervision.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Due to the safety sensitive aspect of the role, candidates are required to successfully pass a drug test prior to employment. In addition, you will also be required to complete and pass a pre-employment background check and a motor vehicle records check.

The anticipated pay range for this role in the State of Washington locality is between $25 to $32 per hour—pay ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO (accrued up to 15 days the first year), holiday pay (9 days), and 401k. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided during the hiring process.

The anticipated pay range for this role in the Colorado locality is between $24 to $30 per hour—pay ranges for other geographic localities may vary.  Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided during the hiring process .The estimated deadline to submit an application for this role is 12/15/2024 date, the company may need to extend the deadline based off the needs of the business and open role. If an extension is needed, the date will be updated accordingly.
